Then, I transition down to the Intensive Day Program, at which time, I can start running as I will be staying/living at home and not in treatment 24/7. Not sure what said running program would look like. If I dig the martial arts thing, it may just be a supplemental exercise (the running)

tina of @ email: @: in order to be completely fair, I should mention that there are mental and emotional issues that I'm dealing with here as well that contribute to the eating disorder, so there is probably good reason for their concern with my starting to run again - they do have my best interest in mind, and I truly believe that. I am not the best judge of my own thought process and my how my mind has worked to survive up to this point - these guys are experts and are actually on the leading edge of eating disorder recovery in the U.S...true story.

The Oliver area is the "Wine Capitol of Canada" and is Canada's only real "desert", it's a beautiful area and the race is very well run if you are ever looking for an early June 1/2 and want a road trip as well!!.

The improvement was all bike and I attribute that to the bike racing that I have been doing....I now know how far into the Pain Bank I can go...Now if I could only run....left T2 in 3rd place of 72 in the AG and finshed 12th....it sucked watching those 9 gazelles pass me on the run.....
