They were on their way to a Tri Training Camp. Apparently the driver stopped and rendered assistance, don't know the cause as of yet. Give your loved ones hugs and tell them how much you love them, you never know if you will get another chance.

I suggest only using them once a week for a short distance (1-3miles) until the muscles in your feet can start to handle it. They will make you sore up front if you over run in them. I would give it a month or so before building up time in them then gradually build up distance/time. If your a heal striker you need to remind yourself to be a mid/fore foot running gate. I started by trying to run with my toe pointed downward and at first it felt like I was running on my toes but over time it starts to feel natural. This will make your calves sore up front. Then the more time you spend in them the more you will find yourself trying to slow down or pacing yourself because they will make you want to go fast. Almost like running down hill sensation. Then you will start to notice your times dropping like a stone. Good Luck and biggest piece of advise is take it slow up front. 8)
