cause Tiger makes a living of his fans and his psuedo role modelism. If he is a role model he should act like one and not just market like one. He is right that public apologies and public hashing of his issues are none of our business and are a family matter. CEPT, he has made a living projecting that he is one of us, we are his family in a sense. When he turns around and shuts us out from the truth and consequences he is within his rights but should have no expectations of us. He should also then have zero expectation of anyone holding him as a role model. We all have rights. I for one could care less who he doinks but I do lose respect for him for projecting a high sense of family strength and morality while he is galavanding around laying the pipe to cocktail waitresses behind his family's back. Lack of integrity, lying, and hypocritism are not high on my list. Either way, I wasn't all that enamored with golf and tiger anyway so no skin of my pecker. I did a little training camp called Epic Clamshack. First you ride road bikes up an insanely steep ascent where the descent is full of potholes and hair pin turns. You have to tank up with a full quart of gatorade as there isn't any water depot available. Then when you get back to the shack, you shed the roadbikes and ride mountain bikes 10 miles away to the taco place. If you aren't fit after you leave the shack (assuming you survive), there really isn't any hope for you.

Speaking of what Aero goes through on a daily basis, Swim Report: Aero was pleased to share a lane with a tasty 30 something and some dude. Over in the next lane, we had a young blondie--about 5'8"--in an Aussie national suit. Very nice unit. Also in that lane, aside from a dude, was a hot brunette in a one piece high cut red/white/blue confetti print. Over in 1:10, we had a fairly insane trio of, what I can only think were off-season collegiate NCAA girls. The high point of that lane was what I think of as a brazilian looking 2 piece. Poor girl obviously couldn't afford much fabric. It breaks the heart.

IO, that use of deadly force policy is pretty universal among police departments across the country. The officers should be able to use deadly force, but there are no solid guidelines as to whether they are justified in fearing deadly force. I tried a case last January where my client was shot in the back and paralyzed while climbing down a chain link fence in an alley. An untraceable gun with no fingerprints was found on the rooftop and the officer said my client pointed it at him while climbing down the fence and he feared that he would be shot. Tough case and experts for both sides had trouble saying just what that sort of written policy translates to as far as conduct on the streets.

For accuracy, Huckabee reduced the 100 year sentence that was given to a 16 year old down to 47 years and he became eligible for parole. The Governor didn't let him out of jail. The judge presiding over the case recommended he get out of jail to a parole board and that parole board voted 5-0 that he should get out of jail. It wasn't until ten years later that the current string of felonies and a debacle in the justice system allowed him bail and the opportunity to murder 4 cops six days later.

Jail Sucks got him out recently in Washington (assault on a police officer, child rape) Not related to early clemency by Huckabee. Office worker proposed a pool that he would be shot by police. While no question that he deserved to be sentanced to death, it sounds a little dicey that he was running away without showing a weapon when he was shot. I suspect we will be hearing about a civil suit in the near future.
