no, and I know you've all heard this before, and I'm getting quite good at quitting, and I imagine it as harder than quitting smoking, and I really need to do it once and for all, and I realize I allow no self control each and every time I try, blah, blah......diet coke my friend. I gotta quit it once and for all. How many years am I going to do this to myself? If I could do one thing more for myself and stick to it that would be to quit all sodas, forever. Can't do it. Want to do it. The only certain way is to kill myself cause even if I chop my hands off there are still starws, ya know? crimminy....

My feet were burning even before I went out on the run. I did not stop to look at my feet until after I had gotten back to the hotel. The sole of each foot was pale white and shriveled. Each foot had a blister from the toes to the heel down the center. But I had finished and that's all that mattered.

I wasn't even going to watch the game because I didn't want the stank of sloth, self loathing and apathy to stain my eyes and brain but it is actually so bad that I'm going to watch because it is such a prime example of bad football that I want to register it in my brain to better allow me to judge mediocre football in the future. This is truly a benchmark game!

I knew the Raiders were bad but seriously now! Is there a way we can do an intervention or take away their license to call themselves an NFL team???? Whoa nelly! That's some bad undisciplned football! That tells me there is no control or accountability at the top, especially the owner and the coaches. What a mess. It is just so clearly a train wreck. Sad
