I gotta quit it once and for all. How many years am I going to do this to myself? If I could do one thing more for myself and stick to it that would be to quit all sodas, forever. Can't do it. The sole of each foot was pale white and shriveled. Each foot had a blister from the toes to the heel down the center. But I had finished and that's all that mattered.
