After crush, primary ferment, and currently under secondary ferment... I'm going to not have enough for individual bottling of each variety. However, we're going to gamble and 35/40/25% should come together as a nice yard blend for about 6.5 gallons of mad dog. Worse case would be that I'd distill it down to brandy and stay warm next winter.
