I listen to Rush L. in HOPES of just hearing one...ONE(!!) area in which he agrees with the job Obama is doing or gives Obama credit for ANYTHING. I mean, at least that would give me SOME sort of indication that he is actually thinking through what he is saying rather than just protectiving the conservative right from anything and everything. ray of @ email: @: IO, I think softer motion control shoes or neutral shoe with orthotic is the way to go. In my case, I could actually run with stability shoes when I weighed in the 160's. Currently at 178 on the way down from (gulp)193 and the Brooks Beast are starting to feel too clunky and too much structure. I'll probably get Asics Gel Foundation next and maybe eventually the Kayano or similar. BTW, my feet are so flat they splat on the tile when I get out of the shower.
