Charlie Price was a man who lived to help others. He worked at a local soup kitchen, ran errands for shut-ins, preached the word of God and made you want to be a better person. He served his country in Korea and Vietnam. He taught me to play darts. He always had a kind word and a smile. I will miss him. Rest in Peace, my friend your work here is done.

Big J, I consider Vit D-3 (not D-1 or D-2) to be the most important supplement I take, followed by Omega 3s. But the D-3 is out in front. I live in sunny weather and still take 800 -- 1000IU a day.

HA! I LOVE having dialup. Think about it from this perspective: if I could sit in front of the computer and in an instant access every little thing that I thought I'd like to access, or thought I NEEDED to access, I might be compelled to sit in front of my computer A LOT. Definitely much more than I really need to. Rather, knowing that dialup takes a long time to access a lot of things on the internet, sometimes even email, before I plop my ass down in the chair I think, "is this worth the time it is going to take, or, is there something else more worthwhile I could be doing with my time." :-)
