My clinical instructor explained it this way; nursing midwives help with the transition into life, hospice nurses help with the transition out of life..another form of midwifery, which means "with woman". Think it is going to be a real humbling and educational experience.

They had a hole about 15' deep, about 10' across in the shape of an erlenmeyer flask--moist clay soil. When the cops arrived, they were in the process of setting up in the cave. They would have been dead of asphyxiation from the solvent fumes displacing oxygen, or dead of toxicity from the fumes, or dead from an explosion since burners are part of the process, or dead from a cave-in within 24 hours if they hadn't been discovered. Drug dudes make guys like me seem smart.
