Harrison. Your workout is: 30-minute tempo warmup. 150 watts. 90+ rpm. Then, I want 2 x 5 x 20 seconds in the 53x19. Slow rolling standing start. Slight uphill 3 to 5% grade is optimum. All-out, neuro-muscular, ATP-CP power. Rip the meat off the femur. You got 5 minutes between reps. You got 10-minutes between sets. When peak power drops below 1300 for any rep before you finish the second set, consider yourself done. Warm down and go home. You got that? Send me the WKO file. Now get on it!!

I've managed to not damage my sphincter thus far and shart control is top notch in work situations. It gets a little dicey however at about the 2/3rds part of a run where you know that if it's a fart then the remainder of your run will feel much much better..but if it's a shart then yer gonna ba walkin' a bit bowlegged as you finish yer run...or ya jus hold it until you hit the front door running and hope the toilet lid is up and nobody's around

Wayne - I'm no expert so I looked at Wiki. Here's what it said. The No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (Public Law 107-110), often abbreviated in print as NCLB and sometimes shortened in pronunciation to "nicklebee",[1] is a United States federal law (Act of Congress) that was originally proposed by President George W. Bush on January 23, 2001, immediately after taking office.[2] Congress based its legislation on this "blueprint" proposed by the president

And then the crack about charter school taking money away from public schools is waaaay off base. funding for public schools in Arizona does not come from property taxes OR the general education budget. And charter schools are audited EVERY year as opposed to every three like public schools.

Al! That's what I've been doing for the past coupla months and I've been REALLY accurate whereas our budget model has been WAY off in certain very important areas. The thing is is that he's not real familiar with regression analysis (he's brilliant, but in a CPA sorta way). I am more into the economic/financial sorta thing, so I've utilized regression before in predicting. I see my job now as just making him more comfortable utilizing this 'something new'.

seriously though Kev howzaboot this- on my vacation I'm shakin' the tree up man, rearrangin' the branches kinda. So far all the branches are shaken' and only two have been put back on. First- decision whether I live in a friendly universe (thanks Dr. Dier) or an unfreindly universe. I chose friendly and that everyone is not out to get me or screw me over. Second, that I got jus so many days on this rock and how do I wanna spend em? I chose "hard, productive, happy and interesting" days with an emphasis on happy, which for me means not jus me but the people arround me mostly. So now with those two main branches all that is left is to constantly member those 2 branches as I filter all the other branches and leaves back into my daily actions. Gnomesain bra?

Just sent the email to IMNA to roll over my CdA community fund spot until the 2010 race. Guess I'm not racing this year, either... :-( Maybe I'll get my flying jones taken care of this season, and actually be in a frame of mind to train for next year.

I broke down and got some bacon the other day. I made some w/ eggs after a nice long CT ride. The WW was waaaaaay happy with that decision.

I'm with you, Man-man. I'd just gotten over the SD jet lag, now this. Then I'll add another West Coast trip this weekend. I'll prolly be back to normal by Memorial Day. I dunno how Boop does it....
