Margin of error might make that number higher but no where near $3T. I would agree there's likely excessive spending in it. But any penny spent on keeping the troops safe is money well spent. ray of @ email: @: I'm missing my morning and evening long walks in any weather. Ginger had a relapse of Old Dog Vestibular Disease after a complete recovery from her first episode. After that 6 mile walk in the snow, that evening she redeveloped the nystagmus, drunken walking, head cocked at 45 degree angle, vomiting and refusal to eat or drink. She can't catch her ball because she probably is snapping at the double. Vet says this might be something "more insidious" and to give it 1-2 weeks.

During separation of the adhesions, the nerve sac was nicked and started leaking. Lots of monitoring of the leak... All's well now, it appears - but stressful.

I haven't decided for sure one way or the other. It's only 4 months from now, and I'm starting from scratch AGAIN...
