We now have the worst snow event since 1996. After 5 days buses and cars are still tanking all over the place. More snow tomorrow then rain on Christmas. 3.5 mile run/walk to work, no buses (and nobody clears their sidewalks.) Helps me in the ol 100 runs 100 days but the times suck and my ankles are toast.

Also, just to let you know tomorrow me and Elizabeth are going shopping and stopping by and making a delivery. It should be good fun. I seriously think Elizabeth will get a kick out of doing this and learn a valuable lesson as well. At the very least I hope she remembers it and actually "suggests" this next year. That way it will get her thinking on the lines. 8)

I'm not sure how old elizabeth is, but some parents will pick a child who is the same sex/age as their own child and then the two children communicate to each other! (you get sent pics, family info, everything!).

Your money is pooled with other peoples, that's why it doesn't matter how much you want to lend. I lent $435 to this one woman so she, herself!!, could put solar panels in her house to try and get more electricity there for her family. I made this loan last March and so far she has paid half of it back!

Willdo. I was wanting to let Elizabeth get involved so making a donation via $$$, Elizabeth does not learn the real lesson. We typically make donation to Battered womens shelters in the form of toys and some misc clothes etc... but I want to think outside the box this year. 8)

A friend asked for suggestions that her company could do for Christmas (they're forgoing gifts for charitable stuff instead). I told her one of my FAVORITE organizations is KIVA (www.kiva.com) You lend money (any amount $20 to whatever) for micro-loans to specific people in developing countries to help them out...YOU GET PAID BACK!!! Then, you can take your cash back or loan it out to someone else! :)

The city of Minneapolis will certainly attempt to employ Tina today. With her hotness, she can melt all the snow and ice, just by walking down the street. I predict the route to Dunn Bros will be cleared and DRY by 11am. ;-)

Gilad is on later. I'd trust my body to him, but I'd have to jump back and forth over the dog to do the aerobercize...
