First time I have ever ran every step of the run there. I figure I could probly go 5:45ish if I go all out all the way there. I went easy on the bike last year. That damn bike course sneeks up on you on the run there. You will finish the bike and feel fine but probly 6 miles into it when you hit the hills on the run your REALLY start to feel the bike damage. 8)
