(By the way BD= Blank Dude, and ph=phoney hipocrit). My agenda was to expose MY dilemma with the 08 election. As I said, I'm dem/ind. I voted for Clinton both times, and yes, I even voted Al Gore and Kerry. Obabma vs. McCain: Obama is better looking, sounds more sincere, more articulate, more eloquent, more even tempered, seems level headed. These are great attributes, but personally I'd like to believe in real change/reform. When I read/hear the fact checks that show Obama to bend the truth, and sometimes basically lie, then for me, maybe he's not the panacea. In fact, my ideal is shattered. Is he just another politician with empty promises? If so, for me, he's still a better choice than McCain. But I've seen (and voted for) too many "new voices" who end up with "politics as usual". So when Tina was so adamant in her enthusiastic choice for Obama, I suspected it was more superficial than substance, that's all. And when you get right down to it, that's how I usually vote anyway. Probably most people do. Will it matter to me personally who wins....NOPE.
