That was the hardest most difficult subcontractor to get...and while we were begging someone to come out, it rained pretty much everyday. My job each day for like 3 weeks was to squeegie the floors (they were particle board at this point) so they wouldn't warp. I knew (and know!) where EVERY lowspot is in that house :-D
